Trammy is a highly experienced and dedicated educator who holds multiple degrees in education from the prestigious University of Hong Kong.

With over 18 years of experience in the international education industry, Trammy has taught various curricula, including Cambridge Primary Curriculum, UK national curriculum, Australian national curriculum, and International Primary Curriculum (IPC), in renowned international schools in Hong Kong. She has consistently fostered a collaborative and reflective learning environment, empowering students to unlock their full potential.

Trammy's extensive experience extends beyond the classroom as a member of the senior management team. She has successfully managed school daily operations, admissions, staff recruitment and training to cater students learning needs. Her comprehensive skill set ensures that she is able to provide holistic support to students and their families.

Trammy firmly believes in instilling important values such as compassion, empathy, and resilience in her students. These values serve as the cornerstone of her educational approach, enabling students to navigate challenges and flourish academically and personally.

She also has qualification and substantive experience in relation to inclusive and special education to support gifted and individual need students in special education, providing personalized learning plans and differentiated instruction to meet the unique needs of each learner by collaborating closely with parents and other professionals to develop tailored interventions for students with individual needs.

As an experienced school management, Trammy is also highly skilled in undertaking school establishment, licensing, marketing, organising after school activities and improving school performance and efficiency.
